The birch surface is surprisingly smooth and has held up well through a month of daily chopping. I love that it’s free of microplastics, so I don’t worry about it sitting on my counter with fresh veggies.

Ended up buying this as an upgrade from my old plastic board, and the fact that it's FSC-certified birch and totally free of microplastics just makes every slice feel a bit better. It's lightweight enough to grab one-handed, which I honestly didn't expect.

The birch grain is so smooth it almost feels polished, and the FSC-certified wood gives me peace of mind. I use it daily for slicing fruit and it hasn't warped or stained after weeks of washing.
