The non-toxic coating actually holds up—eggs slide right off with just a swipe of a paper towel, no scrubbing. It's become my go-to for melting butter and heating up a single serving of soup without dragging out a big pot.

This little pan is so light I can practically toss it with one hand, and the non-stick surface is genuinely non-toxic which makes me feel better about my morning eggs. Heats up in a flash for quick sauces, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.

I was skeptical about non-toxic coatings after past pans chipped on me, but this one's held up through daily scrambled eggs and reheating soup for a month. The 1.75qt size is just right for side sauces, and it's light enough to handle with one hand even when full.
