The birch surface handles knife marks without deep gouging, and I love that it’s FSC-certified so I don’t feel guilty about daily use. It fits neatly between my sink and stove, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. I’ve already retired my old plastic board for good.

The birch wood grain is honestly beautiful, and I love that there are zero microplastics involved when I’m prepping dinner. It’s a solid, sturdy board that hasn’t warped or stained after a month of heavy use, which is more than I can say for my old plastic one.

The grain on this board is gorgeous, and the birch surface handles heavy chopping without showing deep knife marks. It's sturdy but not too heavy, so it's easy to grab from the cabinet every single day.
