Finally, a garlic press that doesn't make me wrestle with the cloves—the large capacity bowl holds three or four at once, so I'm done in seconds. Cleanup is just a quick rinse, no stuck-on bits in the hinge.

This thing holds a whole clove of garlic without me having to chop it first, and the mincing comes out even and fine. Cleanup is just a quick rinse since nothing gets stuck in the mechanism, which is honestly my favorite part.

The handle feels comfortable even when I'm pressing three big cloves at once, and the large bowl really does hold a lot. Cleanup is easy too, though I do need to poke a stray piece of garlic skin out of the holes now and then. Solid upgrade from my old flimsy one.
