Emily E. ★★★★★

Braising a whole chicken in this 6-qt rondeau was effortless—the high walls kept splatter off the stovetop, and the ceramic surface released everything without a single scrub. Going straight from flame to oven for a roast was a game-changer in my kitchen.

Timothy O. ★★★★★

Took a chuck roast straight from a sear on the stove into a 350° oven without a second thought, and the ceramic surface cleaned up with just a soapy sponge. The 6-qt size handles a full batch of coq au vin without crowding, and the non-stick coating has held up beautifully through daily use.

Brian V. ★★★★★

The high walls make braising so much easier—no more splatter all over the stovetop. I’ve used it for everything from searing to roasting, and the non-stick surface cleans up with just a swipe. Even after a month of heavy use, it still looks brand new.
