The handles are so well-balanced that even when this 12-quart pot is full of seafood boil, I can lift it with one hand without any strain. It’s become my go-to for big batch soups on Sundays, and cleanup is a breeze with how sturdy the whole thing feels.

I was skeptical about the weight, but the even distribution makes it feel way lighter than 12 quarts should, and I’ve been using it non-stop for big batches of stew and seafood boils. It heats evenly and the handles stay cool enough that I don’t have to baby it when moving from stove to table.

The handles on this pot are a game changer—even full of stew it feels balanced and easy to lift. Cleanup is quick and the 12 quart size has handled everything from chili to a big batch of broth without a splash.
