Baked two loaves of sourdough in this last weekend and the crust came out perfect, the heat distribution is really even. The 6.5-qt size fits a whole chicken easily too, cleanup is just a quick wipe thanks to that ceramic coating.

The ceramic coating is what sold me, and after three months of heavy stew-making, it still looks brand new with zero sticking. My bread loaves come out with a perfect crust every single time.

I was skeptical about ceramic coatings after years of using cast iron, but this one sears beautifully and cleans up with just a wipe. The non-toxic finish gives me peace of mind when I'm simmering stews for the family on weeknights.
